I loved to draw when I was a kid.The interest and time to pursue that path got lost to all of the other shiny things that life throws your way. What did remain was the admiration I felt toward those that did choose to pursue their artistic talents. The conscious realization of these feelings really sank in as I have watched our daughter grow older. It sounds cliche: There is something unique and very attractive about Nebraska. To "outsiders" there doesn't seem to be much to offer. It is true, Nebraska does lack some of the more obvious and easily identifiable attractions that other states possess. We don't have mountains or vast, clear lakes. Our cities aren't the largest or most culturally advanced. Large numbers of tourists don't visit our historic battlefields or humongous shopping centers. The Beginning

I bought 2 caps in the last year. Both were simple, comfortable and meaningful. The first cap was a solid grey, fitted, '47 Brand product with an old school Herbie Husker patch on the front. The initial meaning, when considering my Nebraska roots, is obvious right? However, I had also realized that I missed the days of simple apparel.
